Crystallized honey cure?

I have been interested in purchasing a sous vide kitchen appliance to decrystalize honey with for several years now, but before l invest in one, l thought that l should ask if anyone has experience in using one for this, or any other purpose.

For those who don't know what this device is, let alone what it does, or how to pronounce sous vide,  maybe Google will provide answers better than l can. These devices are precisely controlled water baths used to cook food. They are reasonably priced starting at less than $50 for a simple one that will require you rigging up a container. The bath type starts around $150. The precision they are reported to provide is what interests me. Controlling the temperature used to melt honey crystals is key to preserving the enzymes, floral bouquet, and nutritional value of your honey.  I think it is around 110 degrees Fahrenheit, but look it up for yourselves and don't quote me. You wouldn't douse your spouse in a hot bath now, would you?  Or maybe you would,  but your honey deserves better than that.

Sous vide cooking is the current rave as the ideal method in food preparation these days, which is not to be overlooked. Husbands, you can bring home this gift for your wives under the guise of you preparing an exquisite meal for her birthday, or maybe to get out of the hot water  that you found yourself in after the douse your spouse incident mentioned above.
